At ForestBazar.com, we work hard to process and ship your orders quickly. To ensure fairness to both customers and vendors, the following rules apply to order cancellations:


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been packed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


2. Order Cancellation by Vendor or ForestBazar.com

We may cancel an order due to:

  • Product unavailability or out of stock.

  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors.

  • Payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.


3. Non-Cancellable Products

  • Live plants once packed or shipped cannot be canceled, due to their perishable nature.

  • Customized, pre-order, or special-request products.


4. Modification of Orders

  • Customers may request changes (address, phone number, etc.) within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting support.

  • After shipping, modifications are not possible.

6. Refund Timeline (for Cancellations)

  • Prepaid orders canceled before dispatch: Full refund within 7–10 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: No refund required since no payment was collected.
