At ForestBazar.com, we work hard to process and ship your orders quickly. To ensure fairness to both customers and vendors, the following rules apply to order cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been packed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed within 7β10 business days to the original payment method.
We may cancel an order due to:
Product unavailability or out of stock.
Incorrect pricing or listing errors.
Payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity.
In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
Live plants once packed or shipped cannot be canceled, due to their perishable nature.
Customized, pre-order, or special-request products.
Customers may request changes (address, phone number, etc.) within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting support.
After shipping, modifications are not possible.
