Thank you for shopping with ForestBazar.com. We aim to provide healthy plants and quality garden products. Since most of our items are live plants, special rules apply for returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. General Policy

  • All sales are considered final unless the product is damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

  • Customers must inspect the delivery upon arrival and notify us within 24 hours if there is any issue.

  • Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are only accepted in limited cases.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Live plants that are delivered healthy and in good condition.

  • Plants that die due to improper care after delivery.

  • Customized or special-order products.

  • Discounted or clearance items.

3. Eligible Returns/Refunds

A refund or replacement may be provided if:

  • The wrong product/plant was delivered.

  • The plant arrived severely damaged, unhealthy, or dead.

  • The product does not match the description or photos provided.

Proof required: Customers must send clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (bank, mobile wallet, or card).

  • In some cases, store credit or a replacement may be offered instead of a refund.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers may need to ship back non-plant items (e.g., pots, tools, accessories) at their own expense unless the error was caused by us or the vendor.

  • Live plants do not need to be shipped back; photographic proof will be used for claims.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

7. Vendor Responsibility (For Multi-Vendor Sales)

  • Vendors must clearly state their return/refund policy in their store listings.

  • If a vendor fails to resolve disputes, ForestBazar.com reserves the right to intervene and mediate.
