At ForestBazar.com, we value customer satisfaction. However, as many of our products are live plants, special return conditions apply. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return only if:

• You received the wrong product or variety.

• The product was damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received (for non-plant items such as pots, fertilizers, tools).

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Live plants delivered in healthy and good condition.

• Plants that deteriorate due to improper care after delivery.

• Customized, pre-ordered, or special-request products.

• Discounted/clearance items.

3. Return Window

• Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery for plants.

• For non-plant items (tools, accessories, etc.), returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery.

4. Return Process

1. Contact our support team with your Order ID and reason for return.

2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

3. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was incorrect or damaged on arrival.

• Plants generally do not need to be shipped back; photographic proof will be used for claims.

6. Vendor Responsibility

• Each vendor on ForestBazar.com is responsible for handling returns of their products.

• If a vendor fails to resolve a valid claim, ForestBazar.com reserves the right to step in and ensure fair resolution.
